STICK TO THE PLAN

It is a long weekend and you should not neglect your training program.

Keep in mind to always stick to the training plan, once you skip a day – you must start all over!

It is not easy, especially if everyone around is having fun and you must prepare yourself first to train and then have fun. The best of all, once you have set your mind, you will have much more fun at the end – many of us struggles with this.

When your training program says rest, REST! This means no exercise for the day – This is something I should keep in mind, it is very difficult for me to rest, because I get lazy and the next day I feel even lazier! Some programs says you MUST rest 3 times a week, so what I do, the days that I need to rest I still exercise , but I keep it slow.. Very-slow! And then I choose one day per week and that will be my REST day.

It is not just about the training program, but also about the ‘eating plan’. Nobody says that you cannot eat unhealthy on weekends, but remember once you eat unhealthy the next exercise you must put twice as much effort into the training session or add at least an extra 15 minutes.
